Miranda Lambert Responds To Fan Who Left A Body-Shaming Comment On One Of Her Recent Photos

Miranda Lambert wants everyone to know that she’s not concerned with other people’s negative opinions about her.

In a recent photo dump on Instagram, Lambert shared a series of photos she took during the month of February. The pictures featured several moments, including her horseback riding, enjoying a cocktail with her husband Brendan, and one where she was all smiles while doing yoga with baby goats.

Unfortunately, regarding the latter photo, someone felt the need to leave a rude comment, criticizing her for wearing a pair of leggings.

“Yikes, legging-type pants are not attractive on people with a little extra here and there,” the comment read. “They don’t do you any favors. You are too beautiful to display the unattractive parts.”

The “Wranglers” singer wasn’t going to let the rude comment slide, though. Lambert saw what the person had said and took matters into her own hands by posting a screenshot of it to her Instagram Story.

She captioned the post with a sarcastic reply, making it clear she wasn’t bothered by what others thought when it came to her fashion choices or how they fit her.

“Good to know!” she wrote. “I’ll do better about displaying my ‘unattractive parts.'”

To make it even clearer that she wasn’t ashamed of wearing the royal blue leggings, Lambert reposted the photo solo to her Instagram story to give it a spotlight.

As a country music superstar, it definitely isn’t the first time Lambert has received negative comments, but she has consistently responded with class each time.

Just last month, Lambert shared a video of herself reading mean tweets. Most of the comments came from people upset that she would be opening for Morgan Wallen on his upcoming I’m the Problem tour.

Lambert brushed off the negative comments, but one in particular made her laugh out loud.

The tweet read, “I’m so disappointed in both of you. May God forgive you both.”

To which Lambert jokingly responded, “We’re really doing bad on this tour Morgan.”

She then ended the video with a sarcastic thanks to everyone who wrote the mean tweets.

“Thanks, guys, for the support. I appreciate you guys.”
