Miranda Lambert and her hubby, Brendan McLoughlin took some Halloween inspiration from iconic Top Gun movie characters Charlie and Maverick for their costumes this year.
In a post shared to social media, Lambert and McLoughlin can be seen recreating the 1986 promo poster from Top Gun that featured Tom Cruise and Kelly McGillis.

Miranda looked amazing in a Top Gun jacket, jeans, aviator glasses, and bright red lips. McLoughlin channeled Tom Cruise with a full flight suit and a handsome smolder, giving the couple a spot-on Cruise/McGillis vibes.
While it’s been more than 35 years since the movie’s premiere, fans of the film were impressed with the couples’ effort to recreate the Top Gun pose.
