LeAnn Rimes recently underwent another health treatment that left her in tears.
Earlier this week, LeAnn Rimes made headlines after taking part in an intense session for a “deep jaw release.” The appointment was shared in a video by the health and wellness company Human Garage, where co-founder Garry Lineham performed the technique to help ease years of built-up tension in her jaw.
It’s not something you see often, but her reaction is what really caught people’s attention. By the end, Rimes was uncontrollably sobbing because she was so overwhelmed by the relief she felt.
Rimes has always been open with fans about the steps she takes to improve her health. The Grammy-winning artist isn’t afraid to try new things, either.
A few months earlier, the 43-year-old did a plasma exchange to remove toxins such as mold and microplastics from her body.
In a video she shared on social media, Rimes is seen with IVs in both arms. As the process continues, a yellow liquid is shown being removed from her body and placed in a plastic bag.
It’s an extremely expensive thing, too, with one session costing around $10,000.
LeAnn’s Latest Wellness Treatment Involves A “Hip Release”
Just a day after the video of Rimes’ jaw release was shared, Human Garage posted a clip of her trying out another fascial technique. This time, the focus was on her hips.
The video begins with Rimes crouched down with her arms and legs crossed. Lineham applies pressure along her hips, and when she slowly stands, she looks completely relieved.
Just like her previous session, she ends up in tears because she’s overwhelmed by the release.
“In this powerful moment with @leannrimes, @garrylineham performs a Hip Release Fascial Maneuver,” the video’s caption reads. “As the physical tension breaks, LeAnn experiences a massive emotional shift, asking the question so many of us feel: “Do hips hold grief?”
“The answer is a resounding yes,” the caption continues. “When that tissue finally lets go, it’s common to feel a sudden rush of energy or a wave of emotion as the body finally processes what it’s been holding.
