Lauren Alaina Welcomes Her Baby Girl In June
Lauren Alaina and her husband Cam Arnold welcomed their first child earlier this year, a baby girl named Beni Doll Arnold. Beni was born on June 11th and has completely changed Lauren’s life for the better!
“The right words are hard to find to describe how parts of my heart that I didn’t even knew existed were unlocked at 8:44 am when they laid you on my belly for the first time,” Lauren said. “I will never be the same. You, to your dad and me, are absolute perfection. We are honored God chose us to be your parents. Thank you to everyone for all of the love, prayers and support for our precious daughter.”
Lauren recently shared about her recent experience going back on the road with little Beni. It seems her new life on tour is going better than expected with her new tiny sidekick.
“I was so overwhelmed with the thought of going back on the road after having my daughter. I was scared. I was excited. I was dreading it. I couldn’t wait. Our newest member of the band is making our shows even better than before.”
She has shared multiple behind-the-scene clips of Beni while on tour, gushing her baby girl makes life “so much sweeter.”
Lauren Opens Up About Past Body Image Struggles
In September, Lauren opened up about some of her past body image struggles, sending a message for anyone who has ever been negative towards themselves and their weight.
“This is for anyone who has ever said a mean word to themselves in the mirror,” Alaina wrote at the time. “Our bodies are strong!!”
The “Getting Good” singer shared how having a baby girl has taught her the importance of being kind to yourself and the way you were made.
“I will say having a little girl, and looking at how beautiful and perfect she is, the things I’ve said to myself about my body in my life, hurt my feelings for myself, for her,” she continued.

The Singer Dedicates Her CMA Dress To Her Baby Girl
On Wednesday (November 19), Lauren hit the red carpet at the 59th Annual CMA Awards. She absolutely dazzled in her dress, sporting a long, gorgeous, “mirror-like” gown, and a perfect up-do to match.
For Lauren, the gown was much more than a pretty outfit, but a precious reminder to baby Beni.
“I picked this one of a kind mirror dress for so many reasons. My daughter’s favorite thing to do is look in the mirror. Seeing her smile at herself and me and be in awe of our reflections has changed everything about the way I see myself,” Lauren wrote on Instagram.
She said she hopes Beni always loves what she sees when she looks in the mirror, and isn’t as hard on herself as she has been over the course of her life.
“I am wearing the fitted mirror dress five months postpartum to celebrate my body, my daughter and how much motherhood is teaching me. We should all love ourselves like a baby seeing herself for the first time,” Lauren continued.
