Dave Haywood Of Lady A Welcomes Third Child With Wife Kelli
Lady A’s Dave Haywood now has his own trio at home, as he and his wife, Kelli, just welcomed Baby #3!

The news of Baby Haywood’s arrival comes a little over a month after Dave and Kelli shared their pregnancy news. The couple posed for a black-and-white picture with their son, Cash (age nine), and daughter, Lillie (age six), with their arms wrapped around Kelli’s baby bump.
“I’ve always been a big fan of trios!” Dave captioned the photo. “Baby Boy Haywood coming in July.”

Dave’s bandmate, Charles Kelley, made it clear he had been in on the secret. He commented, “Hard secret to keep. Now I can shout it out.”

Dave shared the happy news on Tuesday (July 16) that their baby boy arrived six days prior (July 10). “We’re so grateful for this little boy!” Dave captioned a sweet photo of his newborn son sleeping in his arms.
The “Need You Now” singer revealed that he and Kelli named their baby boy Joseph Michael Haywood. The name has a special meaning and family ties. Dave explained, “He is named after Kelli’s late father and my brother.”
The Grand Ole Opry member also shared an update on how Kelli is feeling. He said, “Mom and baby are doing great and we feel so blessed for this healthy bundle of joy.”
Dave and Kelli join a growing list of country music couples who’ve added to their families this year. Kane Brown, Jessie James Decker, and Gabby Barrett have all welcomed new babies in 2024.
