Charles And Cassie Kelley Share The Happy News Of Their Growing Family
Charles Kelley, one-third of the award-winning country group Lady A, has welcomed a new baby with his wife, Cassie!
In March, the Kelleys announced what they described as the “biggest surprise” of their lives. They were pregnant with their second child. The pair have been married since 2009, and welcomed their son, Ward, on February 11, 2016.
The announcement included a series of sweet family photos highlighting Cassie’s baby bump. They wrote:
“Baby Kelley coming early fall 2025 🍼👶🏻🤰🏼 Big brother is the MOST excited 💛💛💛”
Fellow Lady A member, Hillary Scott, also welcomed a baby in July of this year.

Just a few days later, Cassie shared a sweet video revealing the gender of the baby on the way. In it, Ward hands his dad a small shopping bag, and Charles finds a tiny blue outfit inside. The family rejoices together as they celebrate the new baby boy. See the video below!
Cassie continued to share updates along the way, including behind-the-scenes looks at decorating the nursery and packing her hospital bag.
Charles Kelley Announces The Arrival Of His Second Son, Reveals Name
Charles (43) and Cassie (42) Kelley’s newborn son arrived at 11:14 am on September 16th, weighing 6lbs, 11oz. Along with a heartwarming photo of the new family of four, the announcement revealed that the new baby’s name is Archer Lancaster Kelley.
The proud dad described the new addition as “our little miracle,” and told PEOPLE:
“We are so thankful to get to be his mom and dad, and to share the joy with his big brother, Ward, who is over the moon!”
