Christine Baumgartner Moves Out Of Home Previously Shared With Kevin Costner Amid Divorce Battle
After months of back and forth, Kevin Costner‘s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, has moved out of the home they once shared in Santa Barbara. Moving trucks were photographed leaving the home on Friday (July 29). Page Six obtained photos of the trucks leaving the property.
Christine remained in the home since she filed for divorce from Kevin on May 1. As PEOPLE explains, per their prenuptial agreement, Christine reportedly had to move out of the home within 30 days. Kevin purchased the home before he and Christine were a couple.
PEOPLE then obtained court documents filed by Kevin’s side on June 30. Those documents read that Kevin “respectfully requests that Christine be ordered to vacate his separate property residence forthwith and no later than July 13, 2023.”

On July 11, Judge Anderele made a tentative ruling regarding Kevin’s child support payments to Christine.
Kevin was ordered to pay his estranged wife $129,000 per month in child support. He and Christine were also ordered to split the cost of the children’s expenses 50/50, including health care, tuition, and extra curricular costs.
Kevin was ordered to make his payments on the first of every month. He will also be required to pay $200,000 in attorney fees and $100,000 in forensic costs.
