Kevin Costner is back in the dating world.
Kevin Costner, 70, is dating director Kelly Noonan, 46, according to PEOPLE.
A source told the outlet that after meeting through mutual friends, the two began to see each other casually.
The news of Costner dating again comes eight months after his ex-wife, Christine Baumgartner, announced her engagement to financier Josh Connor. The pair got engaged during a romantic beach date in Santa Barbara.
The former Yellowstone actor and Baumgartner were married for 18 years before she filed for divorce in May 2023.
Afterward, the two became involved in a lengthy court battle, mainly over child support. Baumgartner’s initial request was that Costner pay $162,000 a month, but the court later ruled that he would be responsible for $63,000 a month instead. Other details about their settlement weren’t made public.
Costner and his ex-wife share three children together: son Cayden, 18, son Hayes, 16, and daughter Grace, 15.
He also has three other children from his first marriage, daughters Annie, 41, and Lily, 39, and son Joe, 37.

As for Noonan, she recently went through a split as well. The Heal director and her husband, billionaire businessman Alec Gores, ended their marriage in 2024. She and Gores, 72, had tied the knot in 2016.
“It was excruciating. Even though I initiated the conversation, neither of us wanted this, and it was extremely heartbreaking,” she said on her Heal with Kelly podcast in January.
Although Costner and Noonan are exploring a new romance, sources close to them have shared that things aren’t serious at this point for either of them.
“Dating is not a huge priority for her though,” a friend of Noonan’s told PEOPLE. “The past year was tumultuous for her. She separated from her husband last summer and then she lived in a house in Pacific Palisades that burned down. She’s focused on her daughter and her own health.”
Costner also has a lot on his plate as he continues to work on his passion project, the Horizon film series.
The saga is planned to have four installments, but only the first film has been released. Horizon: Chapter 2 was originally set to hit theaters in August 2024, but its release was postponed indefinitely.
