This year, Kelly Clarkson hosted a “Holiday Gift Guide” week on her talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show. She surprised her audience with a variety of gifts, including a portable gas grill and a $300 gift card for loungewear and apparel store Barefoot Dreams.
But Clarkson had an even bigger surprise in store.
During the December 14 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson revealed she was gifting the entire audience an all-inclusive vacation…to Hawaii!

Everyone in the audience received a three-night, four-day stay for themselves and a guest at the Outrigger Resorts and Hotels. Clarkson also revealed that their round trip airfare through Southwest Airlines was being covered as part of the deal.
The audience members were thrilled, to say the least. The excitement spilled over to Clarkson as well.
Referencing how Oprah Winfrey used to give away elaborate gifts and trips on her own talk show, Clarkson said, “I feel like this is what Oprah felt like – I like this feeling.”
Clarkson made sure to wish her audience a “Mele Kalikimaka,” which means “Merry Christmas” in Hawaiian. We’re sure they’ll be enjoying a very merry Christmas now knowing they have a tropical vacation to look forward to in the future!
