Kellie Pickler has parted ways with the long-time Nashville home she shared with her late husband, Kyle Jacobs.
The 4-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath property is spread across 4,865 square feet and is located just south of Nashville. It first hit the market for $2.89 million in November 2023. Recently, listing agent Sarah Kilgore of Pilkerton Realtors sold the home for $2.3 million.
Noteworthy features of the house include a two-story fireplace in the living room, an eat-in kitchen with a center island, a wine cellar, and a media room.
Additionally, the home has a three-car garage, a front porch with a seating area, a screened-in porch adjacent to the pool, and a spacious backyard.

Pickler and Jacobs tied the knot in 2011 and called the property home for over 10 years.
Sadly, Jacobs died by suicide in February 2023 at just 49 years old.

In August, following Jacobs’ tragic death, Kellie Pickler shared a heartfelt statement with PEOPLE, expressing gratitude for the support she received during what she described as “the darkest time in my life.”
In the statement, she thanked her family, friends, and supporters for their countless letters, calls, and messages, emphasizing how their gestures had deeply touched her soul and helped her navigate through the challenging period.
“One of the most beautiful lessons my husband taught me was in a moment of crisis, if you don’t know what to do, ‘do nothing, just be still,'” Pickler shared. “I have chosen to heed his advice.”

On April 22, 2024, the American Idol alum made her first public performance since her husband’s death.
Pickler, among a lineup of artist, took part in a special tribute concert for Patsy Cline at the Ryman Auditorium called Walkin’ After Midnight: The Music of Patsy Cline.
This marked her first live performance since her husband’s passing, where she emotionally honored the late country music icon with a heartfelt rendition of “The Woman I Am,” a song she co-wrote with her late husband, Kyle Jacobs.
“My husband and I actually wrote this song together over a decade ago. The last time I was here in the Ryman Auditorium was with him on a date night. And I know he is here with us tonight,” Pickler said.
