American Idol alum, Kellie Pickler, has put her Nashville home up for sale less than a year after the death of her husband, Kyle Jacobs.
Roughly ten months after the tragic death of her husband, Kyle Jacobs, Kellie Pickler has listed the Nashville-area house that they called home for more than a decade. Kellie and Kyle wed in 2011 and occupied the property until Jacobs died by suicide in the home on February 17, 2023.

Kellie Pickler purchased the stunning tudor-style home in 2010, one year before she and Jacobs said “I do.” The home has been listed for $2.89 million and is located south of Nashville, near the iconic Bluebird Cafe.
The 4,865-square-foot home features 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and sits on a half-acre lot. According to the property listing, the custom-build home boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas, a wine cellar, “beautiful millwork,” and a screened porch leading to a back yard terrace and pool.

Kellie Pickler rose to fame in 2006 as a competitor on the fifth season of American Idol.
Despite her sixth place finish, Kellie Pickler found success following the show. In 2013, Kellie won the 16th season of Dancing With The Stars alongside Derek Hough. Three years later she was inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame. From 2017 to 2019, she co-hosted the daytime television talk show Pickler & Ben with comedian Ben Aaron.
She started dating Kyle Jacobs in 2008 and the pair wed three years later in a small, intimate ceremony in the Caribbean. In 2015, Pickler and Jacobs landed their own reality tv show called I Love Kellie Pickler. The show aired on CMT and follows the couple as they navigate their marriage, friendships and careers.
