Katelyn Brown is recording more music, but it might be a solo project this time.
In a new Instagram post, Katelyn Brown revealed she is working on a new project in the studio! Sitting in a chair while holding her son, Krewe, Katelyn can be seen singing into a microphone in a studio.
“Working on something for my babies,” she wrote.
Despite not knowing what it is besides a song for her children, fans are already excited for what’s to come.
“I already know I’m going to bawl my eyes out,” one fan wrote.
“Ohhhhh SO EXCITING!! I can’t wait to hear it. You’re an inspiration to other Mothers!” wrote another.
Countless comments said, ” Can’t wait,” while many others predicted the song would be amazing.
If you thought singing was a new thing for Katelyn, you’d be sorely mistaken.
Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn have a number-one song, “Thank God,” which they released it in September 2022. The song was included on Brown’s album Different Man.
The duo won the Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year awards at the 2023 CMT Music Awards.
The married couple actually met because they were both pursuing music careers during a radio tour years ago, and had a mutual friend introduce them.
In a new interview on the podcast The Viall Files, Kane revealed that on his yet-to-be-announced album will have two new duets with his wife.
The album has not even been announced, so there’s no way to know what songs they will be singing together, but they have teased two duets on their social media pages in the last year or so!
First, in October 2023, in a now-deleted post, the married couple of nearly six years teased a song titled “Even Death Won’t Keep Us Apart.”
At the time, Kane captioned the post, which featured them singing the first verse and chorus, “Even death won’t do us apart (Demo) ❤️ with @katelynbrown 🔥 so excited we got us anothern!!!!”
Kane sang, “Long after that sun burns out that sky/ Long after that ocean don’t turn the tide/ One thing is true, I’ll be loving you.” Katelyn joined in, “One day when the mountains and the valleys align/I’ll still be yours and you’ll still be mine/ One thing is true, I’ll be loving you.”
While the post was deleted from Kane’s social media pages, fans took a screen recording and shared it.

In January 2024, Kane shared another snippet of a duet alongside the caption, “Who’s ready for this new music.”

In the clips, Kane and Katelyn’s voices blend perfectly as they sing the lyrics.
“I won’t, never will /
I don’t, never do /
I can’t, never could stop loving you.”
We can’t wait to hear what Katelyn has brewing, especially because it’s for her kids! Is it a lullaby album? Her voice would be perfect for that!
