Kane Brown is helping kids in Fort Worth, Texas, explore their musical talents by donating a music studio to the local Boys & Girls Club.

On Saturday, July 13, Kane Brown traveled to Texas to unveil the newly renovated Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County, which provides nearly 3,000 youth with a range of services each year.

Brown partnered with Major League Baseball’s Together All-Star Legacy initiative to upgrade the club’s facilities, which now feature the new music studio he donated and a multi-purpose gym.

Kane’s mission to support the Boys & Girls Club is driven by his belief that every child deserves a safe place to go after school, where they can learn and grow knowing someone cares about them— which is something that he wished he had during his own childhood.

Once he learned about the organization’s purpose, he knew he wanted to be part of the positive change it makes in kids’ lives.

“My brother always got in trouble because he had so much free time and we didn’t have that place that we could call a home or have people watching out for us,” Brown said during the unveiling of the renovations.

“So that’s how I found out about the Boys & Girls Club. I wish we had that whenever I was younger. It just made me appreciate the Boys & Girls Club so much more. So I’m glad that y’all have a place to call home. I’m excited to hear that the studio is done.”

Kane has long been involved with the Boys & Girls Club, even receiving the Champion of Youth Award in 2022. This honor is given to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the organization, with past recipients including LeBron James, Jennifer Lopez, and Michael Phelps.
