Jelly Roll & Bunnie Xo’s Sweet Relationship
Jelly Roll and his wife, Bunnie Xo, truly seem made for each other. Through all of life’s ups and downs, they’ve consistently shown a sweet, unwavering love.
The couple’s love story began when the two met in 2015 during one of Jelly’s performances at a small bar in Las Vegas.
“We hit it off,” he said during a past interview with Taste of Country. “She said she fell in love with the saddest eyes in the room.”
Just one year later, during one of his concerts in Sin City, Jelly Roll spontaneously proposed to Bunnie and they eloped at a Vegas chapel the same night. In August 2023, the couple revisited the same Vegas chapel and renewed their vows surrounded by loved ones, sharing a full-circle moment in their life together.
Jelly Roll has shared how Bunnie is not only special to him, but also to his two children, Bailee and Noah, who he has from previous relationships.
“It takes a special kind of woman to raise a kid that isn’t her child and still treat the child as if she was,” Jelly Roll said in a post on Instagram. “Bunnie is that special woman, outside of the social media, outside of the podcast, and all the business endeavors she does and helps me with, Bunnie is a beautiful soul.
Bunnie is also Jelly’s biggest fan, and will go to great lengths to protect him.
In September 2025, Bunnie called out those making insensitive remarks regarding her husband’s new look following his impressive weight loss journey. Bunnie shared many comments she had been receiving insinuating Jelly looked “hot” after he started looking slimmer.
Is he… Cause he’s always had the same face. He’s always had the same heart. He’s always had the same soul,” Bunnie said.
She added, “I think the most appropriate thing here to say is that he looks so much more healthier now that he has lost weight.”
“We have to stop living in a shallow hal world… cause you know what, you might miss out on the best love of your life.”
Jelly Wishes Wife Bunnie A Happy Birthday
On Thursday (January 22), Jelly shared an adorable post in honor of Bunnie’s birthday.
“Today we celebrate you, baby… A woman who spends her entire life celebrating everyone else. A woman who spends her every day encouraging and inspiring… A woman who stands up for and speaks for what’s right, even when it’s unpopular… A woman who is fearless… A woman who is bold… today we celebrate a woman that lifts other women up,” Jelly wrote.
Bunnie has been very open the past few years about sharing her testimony, and Jelly said he is so “glad” she is choosing to do so.
“Meeting this woman was arguably the most life-changing moment I ever had. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and our little family, you truly are the rock of this household-you are the single human that turns this house into a home… I love you endlessly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY,” he continued.
Between transformative weight loss, incarceration, and defeating addiction, Jelly and Bunnie have overcome a lot to stand where they are today.
