Last week, Jana Kramer filed for divorce from Mike Caussin after six years of marriage.
Kramer, 37, and the former NFL player, 34, briefly split in 2016 after the country singer learned Caussin was unfaithful. The couple reconciled the following year; however, in April 2021, Kramer hinted that Caussin had been unfaithful again. Soon after, news broke that Kramer had filed for divorce citing infidelity.
“I’ve fought y’all. I’ve loved hard. I’ve forgiven. I’ve put the work in. I’ve given everything I have, and now I have nothing else to give,” Kramer shared in an Instagram post.

Kramer and Caussin share two children together, Jolie Rae and Jace Joseph. On Thursday, Kramer shared a photo to Instagram of her snuggling with her two kids. She wrote:
“Rainy days and heavy hearts call for breaking rules and snuggling in bed watching movies all day.”
At the end of the photo reel, Kramer also shared an inspirational message that reflected her perseverance. The “letter to you” started in a dark place but built up to a passage full of light and positivity.
“You have so much potential and so many things left to do. You have time. Better things are coming your way, so please hang in there. You can do it,” the letter read.
