Iconic “Full House” Home Hits The Market For $6.5 Million

Fans of the hit TV show Full House, which aired in the late 1980s and early 1990s, would immediately recognize the iconic white house with pillars and a vibrant red door.

As of yesterday, the house is up for sale at an astonishing price of $6.5 million. Keep reading to see photos of the beautiful home!

Located at 1709 Broderick Street in San Francisco, this three-level, 3,737-square-foot property boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 partial bath. Rachel Swann from the Swann Group of Coldwell Banker Realty is the listing agent for the Full House property.

Originally built in 1883, the house has undergone extensive renovations in recent years, offering a modernized interior that may look different from what fans remember from the show. Mostly because…well, it’s a completely different house!

While the house’s exterior was used in the popular sitcom, the interior shots were actually filmed on television sets at Warner Bros. Studio in Los Angeles.

The beloved sitcom Full House aired on ABC for eight seasons, from 1987 to 1995. The show starred Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Bob Saget, John Stamos, Dave Coulier, Lori Loughlin, Candace Cameron, and Jodie Sweetin.

Many of the original cast members even returned to reprise their roles in the sequel series Fuller House, which aired from 2016 to 2020.

The newly listed property includes concrete slabs featuring the handprints and signatures of a few Fuller House cast members, adding an extra layer of nostalgia for fans.
