Get ready to indulge in the most eggs-traordinary Easter treat ever! Subway has just launched a limited edition sandwich with a Cadbury Creme Egg filling, and it’s free!
Yes, you read that right! Subway is giving away the ultimate Easter delight, a SubMelt with Cadbury Creme Egg filling, at four of its restaurants on April 7. But wait, there’s a catch, only 500 of these six-inch sandwiches have been made, so you’ll have to be quick to grab one.
The SubMelt with Cadbury Creme Egg filling is made with Subway’s Italian White Bread and features a delicious melted Cadbury Creme Egg, making it the perfect seasonal treat for anyone with a chocolatey sweet tooth.

Subway came up with the idea and approached Cadbury to make this eggs-traordinary collaboration happen, and the result is something truly amazing.
According to NY Post, Senior New Product Development and Product Innovation Manager at Subway, Rusty Warren said, “Our Italian White Bread and Cadbury Creme Eggs make the most flavoursome combination, a perfect seasonal treat. All the team at Subway are especially excited to see how those Subway fans with a sweet tooth respond to this delicious SubMelt.”
If you’re lucky enough to live near one of the four participating Subway restaurants, then make sure to head over on April 7 to grab a SubMelt with Cadbury Creme Egg filling.
The participating restaurants are located in: Tottenham Court Road, central London, Central Shopping Centre, Liverpool, Llansamlet Service Station, Swansea, and Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow.
Brand Executive for Cadbury Creme Egg, Charlotte Docker said, “The highly-anticipated Creme Egg season is in full swing and we’re so excited to launch this innovative product with Subway as a final hoorah of the season. We can’t wait for the response of those lucky enough to try this surprisingly delicious merging of sweet and savoury.”
And we couldn’t agree more! This sandwich may be the perfect way to end the highly-anticipated Creme Egg season if you’re in the area and able to get your hands on one.
