Actor Zachery Ty Bryan has found himself behind bars again.
Zachery Ty Bryan was just a kid when he was thrust into the limelight when he landed a role as Tim Allen’s eldest son in the sitcom Home Improvement.

Like many child stars, Bryan has gone through some trials and tribulations and had his fair share of trouble with the law.
In 2020, he was arrested on charges of felony strangulation and harassment, pleading guilty to two misdemeanors. Those misdemeanors were menacing and fourth-degree assault.
In 2023, he was also accused of defrauding people through an agricultural technology startup. Around this time, Tim Allen was asked his thoughts on the matter.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Allen said, “I don’t know what’s going on with him. Zach is a great kid who has grown into a complex man. All you can do is step aside and let somebody go through their process. At a certain point, he deviated from the guy I know to somebody who is reacting to situations that I had nothing to do with and can’t control. I don’t know what happens when people get corrupted. You just don’t know.”
Bryan once again found himself in handcuffs on February 17th.
According to People, Bryan was arrested around 2:30am on Saturday, February 17 in La Quinta, California. He was charged with a felony DUI and a misdemeanor for “alleged contempt of court.” His bail was set at $50,000 for the felony and an addition $15,000 for the misdemeanor.
He was released later in the day on Saturday and is set to appear in court on April 23.
According to USA Today, Bryan was pulled over after police suspected him of being involved in a collision and the deputies “observed indications of impairment.”
He has been on a 5-year probation since May 2020, after his last DUI, which followed arrests in 2004, 2007, and 2017, so his sentence in April may be quite harsh.
