In the midst of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, people in the U.S. have been encouraged to limit their exposure to large groups and self-quarantine as much as possible. People have kept themselves entertained by reading books, working on home projects, and watching some of their favorite shows and movies.

During the holiday season, some people find great joy and comfort in watching Christmas movies and specials. With this in mind, the Hallmark Channel decided to share a little holiday cheer with those in quarantine by airing a Christmas movie marathon in March!

ET reported that the Hallmark Channel intends to air a Christmas movie marathon starting on Friday, March 20 at 12 PM EST. The marathon will last through Sunday, March 22, with the final film in the lineup airing at 6PM EST that day.

The Hallmark Channel will air 27 of its original Christmas films over the course of the marathon, including Christmas at Graceland: Home for the Holidays and Christmas at Dollywood.

Some of the stars who will appear in the films showing throughout the weekend include Kristen Chenoweth, Chad Michael Murray, and Candace Cameron Bure.

A new, non-holiday movie, In the Key of Love, will air on Saturday (March 21) at 9 PM EST as originally scheduled.

We don’t know about y’all, but we are especially excited to rewatch Christmas at Dollywood during the marathon. The film aired last holiday season (in 2019) and was a huge hit with viewers.

In case you’ve never seen Christmas at Dollywood before, tune in to the video below to see a preview of what to expect. Of course Dolly Parton herself is one of the stars of the show!
