After five years of dating, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani got engaged on October 17, 2020. They kept the news to themselves for a bit before going public with it on October 27.
“Hey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020… And the rest of my life.. I love you. I heard a YES!” Shelton captioned a photo of him and Stefani kissing while she flaunted her new engagement ring.

The couple married just a few months later on July 3, 2021. The wedding was held in Oklahoma and was officiated by Voice host Carson Daly. Only a handful of guests were in attendance, including Stefani’s three sons.
Stefani had her name, Shelton’s, and her sons’ embroidered along the edge of her veil.

This Monday was the two-year anniversary of Shelton and Stefani’s engagement. Stefani celebrated by sharing a never-before-seen photo from the day Shelton proposed.
The picture is a closeup of her and Shelton sharing a kiss while she showcased her new engagement ring. Her middle son, Zuma, can be seen in the background of the photo.
