Monday night marked the second part of American Idol’s Hollywood Week for Season 22, as the remaining Golden Ticket holders proved their talents in the hopes of securing a spot in the Top 24.
Judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan delivered their final verdicts as contestants performed their chosen song. With Sunday’s episode already making history by narrowing down the initial 143 hopefuls to just 56, tensions were high as more than half were further eliminated during Monday’s brutal cuts. Ultimately, only 24 contestants emerged victorious, advancing to the next stage of the competition.
