Tim McGraw lit up the stage during his recent Las Vegas show, but it was his pants that stole the spotlight.
Last week, Tim McGraw kicked off his four-show run at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Back in October, it was announced that he would fill in for the dates from Dolly Parton’s postponed residency. Parton had to reschedule her Las Vegas shows due to health issues over the past several months.
It had also been a long time since the “Something Like That” singer last had a residency in Vegas, so there was a lot of excitement to see what his shows would be like. While there were plenty of great moments, one thing quickly went viral for an unexpected reason.
McGraw’s outfit, especially his pants, caught everyone completely off guard.

After his performance, people who attended started posting videos of the show online. In a few of those clips, McGraw is wearing a black cowboy hat and brown button-up, which is pretty typical for him on stage.
However, he paired that with beige bell-bottoms with long fringe from the waist down to the ankles. Many fans also couldn’t help but notice they looked a little too tight for comfort.

It was definitely an unusual fashion choice for him, and fans didn’t hold back. Many of them took to social media to share their thoughts on McGraw’s eye-catching pants. A few messages included:
“Wow can’t believe he wore those.”
“How can Faith let him go out like that?
“Whoever was is charge of his wardrobe failed 😂”
“I love Tim, but not those pants!”
“I can’t unsee this”
McGraw’s outfit is even drawing comparisons to something fellow country star Lainey Wilson might wear, since she’s basically known as the queen of bell-bottom pants.
“My dude has raided Lainey Wilson’s closet”
“Lainey Wilson wore them better 🤣”
McGraw has two more Vegas shows left, on December 12 and 13. With all of the attention his pants are getting, it’s probably safe to say he may switch things up for the remaining performances.
