Thanksgiving is next week, which means Christmas is right around the corner!

One of our favorite holiday traditions is watching the CMA Country Christmas special. The annual special features tons of festive performances from some of country music’s biggest stars.

Details about this years CMA Country Christmas were just revealed on Wednesday (November 16). Here’s everything you need to know…

When Is It?

CMA Country Christmas will air on Thursday, December 8 at 9/8c.

Which Channel Is It On?

CMA Country Christmas will air on ABC. It will also be available to stream on demand the next day (December 9) on Hulu and Disney+.

Who’s Hosting?

Carly Pearce is hosting CMA Country Christmas this year. This is Pearce’s second year serving as the host of the special. She previously hosted in 2021 alongside Gabby Barrett.

Speaking about the special, Pearce said, “SO excited & honored to be your host again this year for @cma Country Christmas! Y’all tune in Thursday, December 8th.”

Where Was It Filmed?

This year’s CMA Country Christmas special was filmed at the Steel Mill in Nashville, Tennessee.

Who’s Performing?

Performers include Scotty McCreery, Dan + Shay, Maren Morris, The War and Treaty, Molly Tuttle, Old Dominion, and Steven Curtis Chapman.
