Season 2 of Reba McEntire’s NBC sitcom Happy’s Place has been a hit since it premiered on November 7.

The new season has brought even more surprises than the first, including several guest stars already appearing, and even more still to come.

If you’re a fan of the show, you know that Reba and the writers make it a point to bring in familiar faces to keep viewers excited. That even includes small nods to her namesake sitcom that aired nearly 20 years ago.

As we all know, her former co-star Melissa Peterman already has a recurring role as Gabby, the tavern’s bartender. But in season one, Reba also brought on Christopher Rich, who played Brock Hart on the early 2000s show, for a special cameo.

In Happy’s Place, Rich played a tattoo artist named Maverick.

That isn’t all. She reunited with her TV son-in-law, Steve Howey, in a different episode.

Seeing some of the Reba cast come back together has made a lot of fans feel nostalgic. Because of this, there’s been a lot of talk about who might appear next on Happy’s Place.

One big question fans kept asking is whether JoAnna Garcia Swisher, who played Reba’s onscreen daughter, Cheyanne, will ever make an appearance.

Well, that question was finally answered. A few weeks ago, NBC shared a video on its Instagram of Reba, JoAnna, and Melissa together on set.

And now, details about her character and the episode she’ll appear in have also been revealed.
