“We cannot wait to dance together again on stage and be back with all of our fans and thank them,” Derek added. “Thank you all for the amazing support that you’ve shown during this time, so we cannot wait and we’ll see you very very soon.”
Additional dates were added to the tour in February, including stops in Virginia Beach, Virginia; Cedar Park, Texas; San Antonio, Texas; Los Angeles, California; and more. The tour concluded with a final stop in San Diego, California, on May 19.
Accompanied by a video of Hayley and Derek rehearsing together again, Hayley shared with her social media followers that she’s making a comeback.
“What a blessing (and surprise) it is to be able to be back on stage dancing with my love after such a crazy past four months. My healing journey has been nothing short of extraordinary and being able to dance again is igniting my soul in all the ways; speeding up my recovery even more.”
Hayley continued her post by expressing gratitude for all the doctors and specialists who have taken care of her health and safety, as well as supported her decision to return to dancing.
“I cannot wait for you all to see this show! It was so meaningful when we opened last year and now, after everything that has happened, it is truly even more special.”

What Happened To Hayley Erbert?
On December 6, Hayley was hurried to the hospital after experiencing disorientation during a performance on the couple’s tour stop in Washington, D.C.
She was diagnosed with a cranial hematoma resulting from a burst blood vessel, necessitating an emergency craniectomy. This injury subsequently led to another extensive and painful surgery, where a significant portion of her skull was replaced.
Throughout the last few painful months, Derek did an excellent job of sharing updates and keeping fans informed about Hayley’s progress in her recovery.
