Criscilla Anderson Passed Away Following A Years-Long Battle With Cancer
Details concerning Criscilla Anderson’s funeral arrangements have been revealed by her dear friend, Lindsey.
Criscilla Anderson was a dancer and choreographer who worked with major stars such as Snoop Dogg, Britney Spears, and Rihanna. She also worked with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
Criscilla married country singer Coffey Anderson, and they shared three children. She was also a devoted “bonus mom” to Coffey’s daughter, Savannah.
PEOPLE reports that Criscilla and Coffey were “in the midst of a divorce” before her passing.
Criscilla was diagnosed with cancer in 2018. She bravely battled cancer for years and chronicled her journey on social media.
On December 2, Criscilla’s friend, Lindsey, shared a post on Criscilla’s page with some heartbreaking news. Criscilla had passed away at the age of 45.
The post contained a message Criscilla wrote herself. She addressed her followers, saying:
“My sweet community, If you’re reading this, I’ve finally slipped into the arms of Jesus — peacefully and surrounded by love. Please don’t stay in the darkness of this moment. I fought hard and I loved deeply. I am not gone… I’m Home.”
She also wrote a personal message for each of her four children and shared her love for them.
Criscilla Anderson’s Friend Shares Details About Her Upcoming Funeral Service
On December 18, Criscilla’s friend, Lindsey, shared a post about her funeral arrangements. The service will be held on January 10 at the Hope Fellowship – Prosper, in Prosper, Texas, at 10:30 AM.
“Criscilla was very specific about how she wanted this day to look and feel, and it has been an honor to help bring her vision to life,” Lindsey wrote.
The public is welcome to attend Criscilla’s funeral service. Per her wishes, guests have been asked to refrain from wearing black clothing.
“No black, please,” Lindsey said. “Dress as Criscilla would. Coral and teal were her favorite colors, and we invite you to wear them in celebration of her.“
Lindsey ended the post with a prayer request. She asked Criscilla’s followers to keep praying for her kids and loved ones.
“Please continue to pray over this day, over her children, and over everyone who loved her,” Lindsey said. “My hope is that this gathering reflects the beauty, depth, and love she carried—and that it is everything she imagined.“
