Carly Pearce shined from the stage at the People’s Choice Country Awards
Music City came together Thursday night (September 28th) for a brand-new awards show: The People’s Choice Country Awards.
Held at the historic Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, all winners at the People’s Choice Country Awards were selected by fans. From August 16 to August 25, voters were able to choose their favorite artists, albums, songs, music videos, and tours of the past year.
Carly Pearce earned two nominations at the inaugural awards show: Female Artist of 2023 and Collaboration Song of 2023 for “We Don’t Fight Anymore” with Chris Stapleton.
The Grammy award winning singer was a part of the powerhouse lineup of performers on the People’s Choice Country Awards, performing her latest single “Country Music Made Me Do It.”
This performance came exactly one week before the kick-off of Carly Pearce’s fall tour by the same name.
Pearce is gearing up to hit the road for her “Country Music Made Me Do It” Tour which begins on October 5th in New York, NY.
“I’m ready to begin this next chapter with you. I’m SO excited to bring the ‘Country Music Made Me Do It’ Tour to life this fall, to celebrate the true beginning of a turned page in my life, both musically and personally,” Pearce wrote to fans in a social media post.
Pearce will be joined on tour by artists Adam Doleac and Hannah Ellis.
