CMT has teamed up with United Way for a hurricane relief benefit concert.

In the wake of Helene and Milton’s devastating hurricanes, countless celebrities have been doing what they can to give back to the communities struck by the recent Hurricanes.

For example, Morgan Wallen has organized multiple food drives on different occasions, Jason Aldean has made a sizable donation, and Lainey Wilson teamed up with ONEFlight to bring essential items to people in need.

Most notably, Eric Church and Luke Combs created a benefit show, Concert for Carolina, that raised over $24 million.

Who Will Perform at the United Way Benefit For Hurricane Relief?

CMT shared photos of some of the performers, including Tyler Hubbard, Chris Jansen, Clay Aiken, and Jonathan McReynolds.

Their social media post revealed that the Backstreet Boys, Billy Bob Thornton, Billy Burke, Blake Shelton, Carly Pearce, Cody Alan, Jackson Dean, JB SMOOVE, Kelsea Ballerini, Max Thieriot, Nate Burleson, Stephen Colbert, Taye Diggs, and Zac Brown Band will also make special appearances.

A few celebrities have ties to the states hit the hardest by the two hurricanes, so it’s safe to say it will be an emotional night.

According to the official event description, United Way and CMT hopes to “raise critical funds for recovery efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, which caused an estimated $50 billion in damage. Proceeds from the special will support long-term recovery efforts and benefit families across the southeastern U.S.”
