Carrie Underwood was back on the road after a brief hiatus and fans couldn’t have been more excited –  Apparently, the men in her life feel the same way.

Carrie’s husband, former Nashville Predators star Mike Fisher, retired for the second time at the end of the 2018 season after failing to lead the Preds to a Stanley Cup title. His retirement gave Fisher more time to spend with his wife and their then-3-year old son, Isaiah. According to social media posts made by both Carrie and Mike, the whole family appears to have hit the road as Carrie performs select dates throughout the summer.

One night, the Fisher crew attended Carrie’s show at Hard Rock Live in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Having her family in attendance was a treat for Carrie, but it was also a huge treat for Isaiah who had never seen his mom in concert before!

Fisher shared some photos from the night, saying, “Izzy’s first show! He’s proud of his momma!”

While it may have been Isaiah’s first full Carrie Underwood concert, it wasn’t the first time he’d seen her perform. In April, the 3-year old was in the stands at Bridgestone Arena when his momma sang the National Anthem prior to the Predators’ playoff game against the Winnipeg Jets. Carrie’s best friend captured Isaiah’s adorable reaction on her phone and Carrie’ shared it to social media with a caption that read, “As a child, I wanted nothing more than to make my parents proud of me…and now, as a mother, I want to make my child proud… He never really gets to see me sing because he’s in bed before I go on stage, but last night he was there to watch his daddy play…and he also got to see his mommy sing for a minute.”
