On March 3, Carrie Underwood released her first book. Titled Find Your Path, the book contains Underwood’s tips and tricks for living a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. It includes exercise plans, recipes, and personal stories from Underwood’s own health and fitness journey.
The book was an instant success, and landed on the New York Times‘ Best Sellers list.
While Underwood has always served as a voice of encouragement for those looking to start their own health and fitness journeys, she has been an even stronger source of support since the release of Find Your Path.
Underwood often shares photos from her workouts, or just while wearing workout clothes, and will pen a message to inspire her followers.
“#BelieveInYourself,” Underwood wrote in one post that shows her wearing a similarly phrased tank top. She was also wearing attire from her own line of fitness apparel, CALIA.
Some of Underwood’s recent workout snapshots have shown her wearing her hair in a pair of braids. It’s a new look for the “Drinking Alone” singer, one that fans haven’t seen that often in the past.
But for another workout picture, Underwood sported a truly rare hairstyle for her…a pair of pigtails!
Underwood wore her hair in low pigtails for a workout this week. Since the weather is finally warming up, Underwood decided it was the perfect time to exercise outside.
“When the weather is nice, outdoor workouts are a must!” Underwood captioned the photo showcasing her pigtail hairstyle. It’s a cute look on her!
We also love the leggings Underwood was wearing in the photo, which are just as bright of a blue as the sky above her.
See Underwood with her hair in pigtails below.
We’re sure Underwood’s post encouraged at least a few of her followers to throw on some workout clothes and head outside to work up a sweat!
Underwood has always been good at getting others to follow her lead and try new things when it comes to fitness.
Back when she was doing her press tour for Find Your Path, she even got the hosts of TODAY to do a mini workout in their nice clothes! Check out that video below.
