Carrie Underwood recently gave fans a glimpse into her exercise routine by sharing the secret to her killer legs.
Carrie Underwood gets almost as much attention for her toned legs as she does for her incredible voice! The American Idol champ recently shared the secret behind her much-talked-about legs in a new video.
Earlier this year, Underwood’s trainer, Eve Overland, opened up about the singer’s dedication to staying in shape.
“Working out and staying healthy is just a way of life for Carrie. It is who she is, what she does,” Overland told Shape. “Carrie understands that staying strong, mobile, and conditioned is so important in all aspects of her life, on and off the stage. Working out is self-care and her me time.”
Overland also shared some of Carrie’s favorite leg exercises, calling them “basics” that anyone can do at home.

In a clip posted to social media Wednesday (October 23), Carrie also shared a glimpse of her leg day routine as a promo for her fitness app, Fit52.
In the clip, Underwood said that she gets a lot of questions about her leg workout and admits that it’s “a little intense.” Eve joins her to demonstrate some of the exercises, with Carrie doing a more advanced version and Eve demonstrating a modified, low-impact version for beginners.

Carrie has worked for years to obtain her now-famous legs, but Overland encourages women who want to follow in Carrie’s footsteps to be consistent and set goals.

“To have legs like Carrie, be consistent, and if you don’t love lifting, then we got to take it back,” Eve told E! News in 2023. “What can you do sustainably? Set attainable goals. If you can only work out twice a week, great. Do it. Anything is better than nothing. Go for a walk. If that’s all you can get in the day, that means everything. Whatever your body has to offer and whatever time you have, just get it in and your body will thank you. Find something that you like to do and stick with it.”
