If you’ve had the chance to catch her live, you’re one of the lucky ones. But chances are, even if you have seen her perform, you haven’t heard this one special song.

In a recent chat with Good Morning America, Carrie Underwood opened up about the deeply personal track that she has never, and probably never will, sing live. The country superstar revealed that her all-time favorite lyrics come from an old gem from her 2012 album, Blown Away.

That emotional song is “Forever Changed.” Although she didn’t write the lyrics herself—something she wishes she could claim—she feels an undeniable connection to the song.

“My favorite lyrics I’ve ever sang are probably from a song called ‘Forever Changed,'” Carrie said. “I didn’t write it, I wish I had.”

Carrie went on to share that it is one of her “absolute favorite songs” that she has ever recorded.

“It is so beautiful, but it makes me cry. I’ve never performed it live because it’s just too special. I will bawl and not make it through,” she confessed. “But I love that song so much.”
