Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been in a relationship since November 2015, so they’ve spent many holidays together by now. But this past year has been extra meaningful for them, since it’s their first year celebrating holidays as a married couple.
Shelton and Stefani tied the knot on July 3, 2021 during an intimate ceremony on their Oklahoma property. The couple wrote their own vows for the ceremony. Shelton penned a song to honor his bride, and eventually released a recording. It’s called “We Can Reach the Stars.”

Stefani used “We Can Reach the Stars” in one of her Valentine’s Day posts about Shelton. She shared a short clip of her and Shelton at their wedding. The clip shows them giving kisses to Stefani’s youngest son, Apollo.
“The stars, the moon, my whole world,” Stefani said in the caption, playing off of the lyrics of “We Can Reach the Stars.”

Earlier in the day, Stefani shared a Valentine’s Day tribute to Shelton set to the tune of her song “Make Me Like You.” The video she posted contains a clip from The Voice when Shelton confessed his love for her.

Shelton recognized his and Stefani’s first Valentine’s Day as husband and wife by sharing one of their wedding photos. The photo shows the couple at the altar in front of Voice host Carson Daly, who served as their officiant .
“I’m the luckiest man alive..” Shelton wrote in his note to Stefani. “Happy Valentine’s Day, @gwenstefani! I love you!”
