Ashley McBryde is taking a break from touring. McBryde’s team made the announcement Tuesday (June 28) after fans began to notice the singer’s absence from social media.
“Thank you all for the well wishes. For personal reasons, Ashley will not be performing for a few weeks. We will share more details regarding when she will be back on the road as soon as they become available, but she wants you to know that she loves you all and misses you and will be back stronger than ever!” the statement reads.
The “Girl Goin’ Nowhere” singer has been quiet on social media and recently canceled tour dates, including performances at the Old Settlers Day Festival, the 33rd Annual Rib Fest, and tour stops with Dierks Bentley.
Bentley shared last week that Elle King would be joining him for several dates of his Beers On Me Tour, but didn’t address McBryde’s cancelation.
Big news….I’m bringing one of my favorite people to sing with to Boston & Hartford this weekend! @ElleKingMusic is jumping on the #beersonme tour with us for a few dates! @Travis_Denning… ready to party?! See y’all there! pic.twitter.com/b85Dzsmkj0

McBryde hasn’t performed in public sing CMA Fest. The singer teamed up with Elle King on the final night of the festival roughly two weeks ago to perform “Ex’s and Oh’s” and a cover of a Charlie Daniels hit.
Fans are taking to Ashley McBryde‘s social media pages to show support for the singer.
“Sending big hugs for Ashley no matter what the reasons are we all love and wish you the best! Take your time! Good vibes sent up along with a prayer!” one fan commented.
Another wrote, “Ashley…you are a remarkable woman and wouldn’t be making this type of a decision without the best of intentions and ultimate need. Take the time you need…your true fans are praying for you and will be here waiting when you fire those engines back up!”
We send all of our best wishes and thoughts to Ashley McBryde and look forward to seeing her back on the road soon.
