Looks like this Nashville residence just got a little bit bigger! With the help of country singer Jon Pardi’s mother, Maren Morris and her fiancé Ryan Hurd welcomed home an adorable English Bulldog by the name of Pancake.
“Pancake has entered the residence,” shared Morris via Instagram. “Wanna thank [Jon Pardi]’s mom for this bundle of love.”
According to Sacremento-based country radio station KCNI, Pardi’s mom, Shelby Pardi, breeds English Bulldogs. As an engagement present for Hurd, Morris decided to pick out a puppy from a recent litter of puppies.
“GOT HOME FROM LONDON. GOT A NEW DOG. HAPPY PANCAKE DAY,” Hurd wrote excitedly after receiving his gift.
Pancake’s arrival into their home comes not too far before his new parent’s tie the knot, Morris and Hurd set to wed at an unknown date later this month. In addition to Pancake, Morris has a white Shephard named June.
