Chris Stapleton has so many reasons to celebrate! The most nominated artist of the 2018 ACM Awards skipped Sunday night’s awards ceremony, but we’re pretty sure he didn’t mind considering he had more important things to attend to.
After it was revealed that Stapleton had won the Album of the Year for From A Room: Volume 1, ACM Awards show host Reba McEntire announced that the singer wasn’t in attendance to accept his award because he was at home with his wife and their newborn twin boys. It’s unclear exactly when the twins were born, but Reba seemed to indicate that they arrived Sunday, which is also Chris’s birthday.
Wow! What a night for Chris Stapleton! Congratulations on your win and the birth of your new twin boys! 👶👶 And Happy Birthday! 🎂Tune into the 53rd ACM Awards® now!

Chris’s wife Morgane announced they were expecting twins in an anniversary post on Instagram marking the spouses’ 10-year wedding anniversary in October.
“14 years, 2 babies, & 2 more on the way. Happy 10 year anniversary babe! You make my whole world go round,” Morgane captioned the photo.
A huge congratulations to Chris and Morgane on their new additions!
